The ITH ISO 9001 quality accreditation specifies that the
steel bar raw material needs to be heat treated, tested by
ultrasound and being supplied by a renowned steel manufacturer
having the according accreditation for the respective steel
quality themselves.
To avoid mix-ups, every single steel bar is being tested by
a spectrum analysis before being placed into the designated
stock area..
According to customers requirements we offer
the availability to have all safety bolt items individually
tested and certified by one of the following companies:

All bolting
elements are manufactured on state of the art CNC controlled
machines with driven tool heads. This guarantuees a consistant
quality of our products. |

Threads up to M180 (7 1/8") are made using the cold-rolling
process, thereby achieving optimum surface qualities and high
strengths.
Depending on dimension on material used the cold-rolling
process is done in a continuous-flow or parting process. The
cold-rolling solidifies the thread base more or less harder.
The yield strength of the pin material within the edgenear
range of thread flank and core roundness is thereby increased.
At the same time the internal pressure is built up, overlaying
later with the tensions and creating at total state of pressure
that has a positive effect on the durability of the bolts.
