Technical information in regards to the operation
of pneumatic torque wrenches type DL, CLD, CLS, CLV

Description |
 |
The torque of the pneumatic torque wrench
is regulated by the regulator. An air pressure of 2
- 7 bar with an air volume of approx. 10-15 litres/second
ensures optimal operating conditions.
The torque accuracy depends on the stability
of the air supply!

* The torque is controlled by the air
pressure and controlled by the air regulator of the
air maintenance unit. Example of a torque flow chart
stating the torque values at different levels of air
pressure from 2-7 bar. For loosening bolts a reserve
of approx. 20 % has to be added to the max. torque.
